Re-entry in the Dutch album charts! And shows coming up!

Hello everybody!

We will hit the Dutch Album charts of next week at #40! After a successful performance with six shows at Record Store Day and the release of their exclusive 7″ acoustic single “Worth The Wait / My World Within” at the same day, this is a remarkable re-entry and the highest chart position ever for us! We’ve also entered the Top Ten of the Dutch Alternative Charts at #10!

It´s also notable that our selftitled album was released last year (25th of March 2011)!

Now it´s time to celebrate at the 21th Anniversary Edition of Groezrock in Belgium, when we will an unplugged show tomorrow at the Fender Stage! In May we will tour Germany together with our labelmates of Death Letters!

The next two weeks will see the release of one of our most exclusive releases ever! We will be releasing an acoustic 7″ containing new acoustic versions of “My World Within” & “Worth the Wait”. The two biggest “hitsongs” of our first two records. The 7″ will come in three (!) different versions and will all have a download code in case you don’t own a record player!

The Record Store Day Edition on purple vinyl limited to 300 copies
The Groezrock Edition on orange vinyl limited to 100 copies
The Band Edition on white vinyl limited to 100 copies

They will be very hard to get but here’s a tip!
For the Record Store Day edition go to your favorite record store and ask them to order it for you! The EAN number is:4260080810883. They should be able to find it in their database that way.
For the Groezrock Edition simply go to the Groezrock Festival and run over to the Funtime Records stand! They will be selling it exclusively!
For the Band edition simply go to one of our shows and buy it from us!

Kasteel show

Exclusive Record Store Day and Groezrock 7″ Release

We are very proud to announce the release of a very exclusive acoustic 7“ for 20th of April 2012 through our beloved Redfield Records (www.redfield-records.de).

1.) Purple Edition (300 copies) for Record Store Day 2012
2.) White Edition (100 copies) will only be sold at shows of the band
3.) Yellow Edition (100 copies) for Groezrock and Belgium in cooperation with Funtime Records (www.funtimerecords.com)

This exclusive 7-inch single includes the acoustic tracks Worth The Wait and My World Within and a download-code. The sleeve contains two 85mm holes in it, the label-stickers of the coloured vinyl are yellow (side A) and green (side B). This amazing artwork is again done by the prizewinning Barbara Hennequin and Rob van den Nieuwenhuizen.

German tour with Death Letters!

This weekend we’ll kick off our Moving On 2012 tour in the Netherlands, but we’re very happy to announce some more dates! In May we will be playing a short German tour with our friends from the Death Letters:

Move On video + tour

And there it is: Move On! Our new single, mixed for this occasion by Mark Trombino and accompanied by a beautiful video, made by Olivier Hokke at Studio Wolfox. And when you have a new single out, you want to play live of course. So that’s what we’re going to do, starting in March with six Dutch dates (see the tour section for details) and followed in May with German shows, which we will announce very soon…

New year, new single, acoustic 7″ and Groezrock!

Happy New Year everybody! It already promises to be a memorable year for us.
First of all we will release the last single, Move On, of this album in
February and for this occasion the song is mixed and edited by Mark
Trombino. Therefore we will hit the road in March for the last Dutch
clubshows of this album (check the tourlist for further details).
Next up is a new (acoustic) chapter for us, because in April on Record
Store Day we will release a very limited 7-inch with acoustic versions of
Worth The Wait and My World Within! But that’s not all: on April 28th we
will be playing acoustic on the Groezrock festival!

Nieuwe single, nieuwe tour door Nederland!

We gaan 2012 knallend beginnen door in februari onze nieuwe single Move On uit te brengen. Het nummer is voor deze gelegenheid speciaal gemixt en ge-edit door niemand minder dan Mark Trombino (Jimmy Eat World, Blink 182, Basement Jaxx)!

En naar aanleiding daarvan gaan we natuurlijk doen wat we het leukste vinden: speluh! In maart doen we de volgende Nederlandse clubshows, de kaarten voor deze optredens zijn vanaf heden verkrijgbaar via de websites van de zalen:

Gratis naar Face Tomorrow en Death Letters in Amersfoort donderdag!

Shows afzeggen is iets wat wij echt heel erg vervelend vinden en dit
weekend hebben we extra gebaald, omdat er drie mooie avonden stonden
gepland met goede bands. Maar we gaan natuurlijk gewoon weer verder en dus
op naar Amersfoort aanstaande donderdag!
Dan spelen wij namelijk een show met de Death Letters in De Kelder en dat
belooft een lekker avondje te worden. En om de mensen die ons hebben
moeten missen afgelopen weekend tegemoet te komen hebben wij het volgende
goede nieuws:
Als jij kunt aantonen dat je bij één van de shows bent geweest in Tivoli,
de Underground of LVC dan kun je gratis naar binnen in De Kelder! Stuur je
E-ticket of een foto / scan van je ticket voor donderdag 18:00 naar
tijs@facetomorrow.net en dan sta je donderdag op onze gastenlijst

Helaas

Met veel verdriet moeten wij helaas aankondigen dat wij de aankomende shows met Textures niet kunnen spelen. Onze zanger is gegrepen door de griep en niet in staat om te zingen. Voor de shows in Tivoli de Helling in Utrecht vanavond en LVC in Leiden op zondag 20-11 zal het doomcollectief SIMON ons vervangen.

Naast deze show is helaas ook de show van zaterdag 19-11 in de Underground te Lelystad komen te vervallen. Vervanging voor die show komt van de band S as in Assasins.
