First of all, of course we try to ship out your order as soon as possible! BUT, please remember, we are a band and we are on the road a lot. So every now and then it will take a bit longer for your order to be completed simply because we are not at home... As much as we would like to, we can not do magic... It can take up to a couple of weeks before we receive your payment. (depending on what kind of transaction etc you made) As soon as I received the payment I will make a package with your order. But sometimes certain items are temporarily out of stock and I have to wait for them to arrive. Then, I have to bring all the packages to the postoffice, which I most of the time do once a week. Then, the postman has to get the package to you. So before you know it, a month or more has passed. This does not mean we are on the Bahamas boozing on your money, just trust us.
We do not take returns or it should be that we coincidentally sent you the wrong items or wrong size of merchandise. If that happened, please, get in touch and we will make sure things will be taken care of as soon as possible.
International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties and tax charges, which may vary from country to country. You may also be subject to a surcharge by the Postal Services for the handling of your order through customs and/or for addresses outside of their standard delivery area. We have no control over these charges and they are not included in our Product or Shipping and Handling fees..
